Furthermore, Alice contributes significantly to the advancement of educational standards as a College Board AP Reader, AP Workshop Consultant, AP Course Syllabus Reviewer, and an Education Consultant for The World Bank, where she played a pivotal role in shaping global educational initiatives.

Dr. Cera Doering
Dr. Cera Doering has served over 18 years with Baltimore City Public Schools. She began her career as a classroom teacher and then served as a math specialist for a network of 14 schools. This led to serving as a school principal at PK-8 schools serving up to 1,200 students. She is currently the Director of Recruitment and Partnerships for Baltimore City Public Schools and the mother of five beautiful children who keep her grounded. Her passion is to support educational leaders and initiatives in their quests to level the playing field for all.
Dr. Lucy Moran
Dr. Lucy M. Moran, Esq. is an educator, legal scholar, racial and social justice activist, and certified mediator with a diverse professional background. She holds a Ph.D. in Communications and Creative Writing from Morgan State University, a J.D. from the University of Baltimore, and an M.A. in Ibero-American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With extensive experience in law, technical writing, and education, Dr. Moran has worked with federal agencies, published scholarly articles, and mentored doctoral students. Her expertise spans human rights, intellectual property law, and computer science, while her personal interests include writing, dance, and community service.
Esau Venzen
Esau Venzen is a seasoned educator from the Bronx, who holds a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University. He is the father of two boys and has resided in Maryland since 2012. With a passion for fostering inclusivity and diversity in education, Esau brings expertise and empathy to his work. Dedicated to creating equitable learning environments, he is a pillar of the local education community, inspiring students and colleagues alike. Esau's commitment to education transcends boundaries, leaving a lasting impact on all those he encounters.
Henriette Sindjui
Henriette is a skilled, energetic, multilingual, and dual language immersion educational leader with more than 30 years' experience in elementary and secondary education, and in the United States and out of the country. She has demonstrated a track record of achievement as a teacher, mentor, department chair, program coordinator implementing policies across culturally diverse student populations. Henriette serves in leadership roles in the American Association of Teachers of French, as well as board member in the Maryland World Languages Association (MFLA). Bilingual Global Citizens will benefit from Henriette’s vigorous and forceful language immersion and leadership experience.
Karen Campbell Kuebler
Karen Campbell Kuebler has taught French and Dance to babies through adults since the eighties. She earned a BFA in French and Dance Education and an MA in Liberal Arts at Towson University. Karen earned her doctorate degree in transformational education in 2018. Kuebler has served in leadership roles in the American Association of Teachers of French for more than 20 years as well as numerous positions on the board of directors in various educational organizations. Kuebler is excited to bring her energetic and dynamic leadership style to the Bilingual Global Citizens Board of Directors.

I am Serge Ngansop, Sr Network Security Engineer at Social Security and Administration (SSA). Serge have spent a total of 14 years working for companies such as Peraton, Northrup Grumman, FDA, Baltimore City Publics School System. Serge spends his downtime watching soccer and traveling with his family around the world.
